27 th February... Universal Sufferage passed in the USA .S. 1922 U.S.A. Nineteenth Amendment To The Constitution Monday, 27th February, 1922 : On this day, the Nineteenth Amendment To The Constitution was passed on this day. The right of women to vote (as well as the right of women to engage in many other activities) was declared constitutional by all of the members of the U.S. Supreme Court. It took seventy years of fighting and petitioning to make this women’s suffrage legislation a reality. January 12 ^13 2015 A woman gave birth outside a hospital because doctors were on strike. She had just jumped off a motorbike to the Machakos Hospital gate.
The woman had arrived by motorbike. At the gate of the hospital she gave birth. She was assisted by good Samaritans at the gate of Machakos Hospital and helped her to be delivered of her baby.
